Portfolio + Grain Edits
Session Details
- This session is the next step after Digitals, with access to a private studio, full white backdrop and natural light. - You'll arrive camera-ready, hair and makeup done - Styling will be collaborative with your agents suggestions and my assistance. - We’ll shoot for 1 hour, which includes time for 1–3 changes. - Within 5–7 business days, you'll receive a gallery to select 12 images for editing. - Raw images are NOT released for download. - Edited images are delivered up to 3 weeks from photoshoot date, including and depending on the time spent selecting. - These images will be edited with a film-like finish, including grain but no fine blemish or skin retouching. Edits will focus on overall mood and tone. - I’ll semi-guide you with posing, but you’re expected to come prepared - Both Hi-Res and Lo-Res images will be available for download for online submissions and portfolio use. Hi-Res is for saving, archiving on a hard-drive, and printing. Lo-Res images are used for online and email submissions as well as website/instagram use. Please note: - Hair and Makeup application is not included in the session time, arrive ready. - See rolodex here: https://jasminebaeza.com/rolodex - Consultation call scheduled for portfolio builds during booking process. - Remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot.
Policy
- Late arrivals will result in reduced shooting time or rescheduling fee - A retainer is required to reserve your appointment - Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when rescheduled with sufficient notice - No refunds after the session has been completed - No refunds for no-call, no-show appointments Image Delivery - Images are normally delivered on the 7th business day after your Photoshoot for the selection process - The editing phase takes an additional 2-3 weeks Studio Safety - Sessions take place in a private working studio - Additional guests are must be approved in advance Usage - Images are licensed for personal portfolio, self-promotion, and agency submissions unless otherwise specified in writing - Commercial usage, advertising usage, or licensing rights require separate agreements. - Initial deposit allows up to 2 reschedules with at least 7 days in advance If you have additional questions prior to scheduling, please email info@jasminebaeza.com.
