Service Description
3 looks Sessions are guided and typically completed within 45 minutes or less. Time allotted includes shooting and changing only, please arrive camera ready. All images taken are provided for download within 3-5 business days in both hi-res and lo-res formats for easy submissions. These sessions are intended for agency submissions, casting platforms, and portfolio updates only. Digitals are intentionally kept natural and unretouched as requested by agencies and casting directors. Please do not heavily edit or filter the images after delivery
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies A retainer is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date when rescheduled with sufficient notice. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Image Delivery Digitals are typically delivered after 3 business days, not including our shoot date. Portfolio updates and other sessions are delivered according to the turnaround time stated at booking. Expedited delivery may be available for an additional rush fee. Editing Final images reflect Jasmine Baeza Photo's editing style. Raw files and unedited images are not provided. Additional retouching requests available with additional fee. Studio Safety Sessions take place in a private working studio. New clients may be asked to provide identification before their appointment. Additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Usage Images are licensed for personal portfolio, self-promotion, and agency submissions unless otherwise specified in writing. Commercial usage, advertising usage, or licensing rights require separate agreements.- Initial deposit allows up to 2 reschedules. No refunds after the session has been completed. No refunds for no-call, no-show appointments. Images may be shared on social media, portfolio, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested prior to your session. White backdrop tone/shade may vary slightly depending on natural light conditions and is not grounds for a reshoot. Reshoots deemed necessary will receive a 20% discount. If you're currently signed with an agency, feel free to include your agency and agent information during booking so we can connect and apply any available agency discounts.
